A small producer, Humberto moved from Paraná to develop his coffee growing skills in the Cerrado region.
Humberto was previously a teacher and abandoned his career to help drive forwards the family coffee business. Together with his wife, they work hard to develop new skills in coffee production on their two farms to give the best to their children. The family lives from agriculture and all the children help directly with the planting, cultivation, harvesting and post-harvesting of coffee.
Currently, the family has sought to achieve the highest level of quality in coffee production as they believe that quality makes all the difference in the life of the coffee grower. This is the first year Kamba have worked with Humberto Zati and we are super excited to present this amazing Catuai 62. It's a coffee that really shows off the incredible quality coming from Cerrado and delivers incredible body and sweet fruits and boozy chocolate notes.
