We bought our first co-ferment from Jairo Arcila in 2021 and since then we have had the honour to roast mandarin, strawberry, passionfruit, peach, lychee, blackberry, cinnamon, coconut & orange blossom!
As the co-ferments are gaining in popularity and we are so lucky to often taste the samples from our importers, we asked them if they could provide some samples for our wonderful coffee friends to come and taste the rainbow! It will be fruity and fun so book your tickets before they're gone!
We will taste around 12 co-fermets, have some drinks & there will be birthday cake! And you can help us vote on our next co-ferment release!
