We quality control every batch to ensure that everything tastes up to our standards. However, if you feel there is something wrong with the coffee please get in touch and send the coffee back to us at the roastery. We will taste the coffee and give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the cost of postage.


We will never share any personal data with a third party, and all debit and credit card details are handled by the trusted provider Stripe. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please let us know and you will be removed as soon as possible.
