RETURNS
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Campbell & Syme and that you enjoy every drop of coffee you buy from us. We quality control every batch to ensure that everything tastes up to our standards. However, if you feel there is something wrong with the coffee please get in touch and send the coffee back to us at the roastery. We will taste the coffee and give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the cost of postage.
SHIPPING POLICY
We send all our orders placed online in cardboard boxes as small parcels on Tuesday and Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service (mostly 2 days in UK mainland, 3 days for areas like Isle of Wight).
Orders placed after 10am on Tuesday are shipped on Thursday.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday are shipped on Tuesday.
Subscriptions are processed on Tuesday and dispatched via Royal Mail and there is no additional shipping charge.
Orders above 2kg are sent with DPD next day service.
UK SHIPPING CHARGE:
The postage charge will be added to your order depending on gross weight of the order.
0g – 1kg (including the packaging) will cost £3.75

SHIPPING TO EUROPE:
Unfortunately we are unable to sell our coffee online to EU countries due to shipping difficulties caused by Brexit.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.
We roast on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday therefore your coffee will be no older than 3 days after roast on date of dispatch.
