The Fortis Green blend was created to satisfy those who are looking for a balanced, sweet & rather traditional cup of coffee. Fortis Green seasonally changes with current crop and highlights each coffee’s best qualities. All components are selected to complement each other for the right balance of sweetness, body, acidity & smoothness.
We see a new and exciting update to our house blend, as FORTIS GREEN moves on to this year's fresh harvest from Brazil. As a result, the 75% Irarema is being swapped out for 75% Barrinha. This direct swap, sees a replacement of Irarema by another natural Brazil from the same area of Brazil with an extremely similar profile. Expect the blend you have come to know and love, one that is oh so sweet and smooth, with a low lying stone fruit acidity. This iteration leans into the sweet, chocolate and nutty profile, with praline coming in. As we move onto this Brazil, we see a slight price increase to reflect the fresh Brazilian component, and current increased coffee pricing due to a multitude of reasons.
