HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
UK delivery is free for orders over £200 otherwise £12.
Minimum order for EU customers is £350 with £30 shipping charge. For orders over £600 we offer free shipping.
COFFEE & ONLINE ORDERS
WHEN IS COFFEE AT IT’S BEST?
Our testing has led us to believe that filter coffee is best brewed with coffee of between 3 to 14 days after roast. Espresso is best made with coffee that is 7 to 21 days after roast. Coffee is often delicious way after that time though, so don’t throw out older beans!
WHEN WILL YOU ROAST MY SUBSCRIPTION/ONLINE ORDER, AND WHEN WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?
We currently dispatch orders placed online on Tuesday and Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service (mostly 2 days in UK mainland, 3 days for areas like Isle of Wight).
Orders placed after 10am on Tuesday are shipped on Thursday.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday are shipped on Tuesday.
Subscriptions are processed on Tuesday and dispatched via Royal Mail and there is no additional shipping charge.
Orders above 2kg are sent with DPD next day service.
We roast on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday therefore your coffee will be no older than 3 days after roast on date of dispatch.
HOW DO I GET THE BEST BREW FROM MY COFFEE?
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, CAN I BUY YOUR COFFEE?
Unfortunately we are unable to sell our coffee online to EU countries due to shipping difficulties caused by Brexit.
WHAT WILL THE SHIPPING CHARGE BE LIKE FOR MY ORDER?
We send our orders in cardboard boxes as small parcel through Royal Mail with next day delivery service.
The postage charge will be added to your order depending on gross weight of the order.
0g – 1kg (including the packaging) will cost £3.75

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.
There will be no additional charge for subscription service. The price of subscription includes postage for UK.

CAN YOU GRIND THE COFFEE FOR ME?
We can grind the coffee for you, simply select your brewing method before the checkout. The coffee becomes less and less vibrant with time as the aromatic compounds start to disappear into the air. Therefore we recommend to grind your coffee before you brew. We do stock some great grinders.
