Shipping policy

We ship coffee on Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed after 10am on Tuesday are shipped on Thursday. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday are shipped on Tuesday.

We send all our UK orders in cardboard boxes via RM 48 Tracked. The delivery may take up to 7 days (as stated by Royal Mail) although we generally find this service very reliable and majority of parcels are delivered within 48 hours. 

If you prefer to obtain your parcel next working day, you can select DPD next day delivery. Please note that this service only delivers on working days only and DPD orders are also shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

*Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via DPD next day free of charge. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

PICK UP FROM ROASTERY:

We process all orders on Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed after 10am on Tuesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be processed on Tuesday. 

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a message about collection times.
